Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped using reliable carriers, and tracking information is provided once the package has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

International Shipping
For international shipments, it is important to note that customs fees, import duties, and additional taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs and Import Duties
If your package is retained by customs for additional clearance fees, it is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees and ensure the package is released. Our customer support team will provide you with all necessary information, including tracking numbers and carrier contact details, to assist you in clearing your package through customs.

However, if you do not respond to our customer support team's emails or take action to resolve the customs clearance issue by paying the required fees, we cannot be held responsible for the package being held or returned. Please understand that if the package is not released from customs due to unpaid fees, we are unable to issue any refunds.

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided with the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Lost or Damaged Packages
